You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Nexus login credentials, ensuring the accuracy of any data sources you connect to deployed systems, and using our services in accordance with applicable law and these terms.

Intellectual property
All Jazasync systems, documentation, SOPs, and platform materials — including the Nexus dashboard, product library, and deployment guides — are owned by Jazasync. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any Jazasync system or documentation without explicit written permission.

Service Delivery
Jazasync commits to deploying systems within 5 business days of receiving all required access credentials. System performance depends on the accuracy and availability of data sources provided by the client. Jazasync is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect access credentials.

Maintenance and updates
Active maintenance subscribers receive system updates when underlying AI tools change. Systems without an active maintenance subscription are not covered for updates, repairs, or support.

Limitation of liability
azasync's AI systems are productivity tools designed to automate repetitive workflows. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on system outputs, or for losses arising from system downtime beyond our reasonable control. Use of our systems is at your own risk.

Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Jazasync reserves the right to suspend access to Nexus if payment obligations are not met or these terms are violated.
